Things you might need to know....

 When browsing this website, please be aware that all Storm Island crafts and accessories are bespoke handmade pieces, and are therefore each totally unique. Images shown on this website are intended as a guide only, and whilst every effort is made to create exact replicas of the pieces shown, each will invariably differ slightly in its own way in colour and texture - making it one of a kind.
  • PayPal is the safest and fastest method of payment, however we can also accept cheques and money orders too, should that be your preference.
  • Postage and packaging charges detailed in the Storm Shop are for the UK and EU only. We are able to ship worldwide, however please email us first and we will quote the price to your destination.
  • Delivery times can be up to 5 working days for UK orders, and sometimes longer for the rest of the wold. Most items detailed on the website are in stock, however if an item you wish to order has become sold out it may take up to 28 days for it to be crafted for you. Please do not hesitate to contact Storm Island if you require an order urgently and we will do everything in our power to make it happen for you. If at anytime you wish to check on an order, please contact us via the contact form.
  • In the unlikely event that your Storm Island purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to fully refund you. Just send the item back to us in the condition and packaging in which it was sent and we will provide you with a credit note or replacement or full refund via the method in which you paid. Please remember to ask for a proof of purchase certificate at the Post Office when returning the item to Storm Island.
  • Any personal details you give to Storm Island will not be passed on to other sources. If paying through PayPal, your information will be encrypted and therefore very safe. Should you wish to join our mailing list, these are the only details which will be kept, and you are at liberty to join or remove yourself from this list at any time by emailing mail@storm-island.com
